bad haiku mornings
these are copied, and quoted verbatim, from the instruction boards for the (now) non-existant exercise equipment/contraptions that littered the jogging track behind my house.
jumping jack
stand erect
feet together
jump stride
bringing arms
to shoulder lavel
parallel bar
hold the bar
balance on arms
push down bending elbow.
keeping both feet
stradle walk jump
walk stapping
ether side of log
jump hurdlers jump of
with both feet
push ups
stretch straight on arms
push down bending elbon
left keeping body stralght
shoulder exercise
stand erect, feet apart, hand up, bend sideways
left & right alternatively
inclined banch
lie down on banch
keep feet under strip sit up
keep hand locked behind neck
lateral exercise
swing left arm forward backwards
keep right elbow pressed back
repeat same with the arm
pull up
pull up
try to bring hing above bar
raise legs in front to right angle
